Rosie is a sweet, gentle girl who can be shy at first, but with a calm approach, she warms up beautifully. Once she trusts you, she becomes a loyal little shadow who loves to stay close to her people.

She has a moderate energy level—playful in short bursts and relaxed the rest of the time. She’s affectionate when comfortable, and she has been very gentle with the two kids under 8 in her foster home.

Rosie is still working on her training. She’s doing well with a regular potty schedule and mostly goes outside, though she doesn’t signal yet and has occasional accidents. She sleeps in a kennel at night and stays in it when the family is away; she settles quietly once inside but doesn’t go in on her own yet. Because she was only recently vaccinated, she hasn’t had much leash-walking practice.

She’s a very picky eater and currently prefers her kibble fed by hand. Her compatibility with other dogs or cats is unknown.

Rosie will thrive in a patient, gentle home that can continue her routine and give her time to build confidence. Once she trusts you, she bonds deeply and becomes a truly loving companion.
