Kodiak came to us with a few bumps, bruises, and a shy personality, but this gentle guy has blossomed beautifully. After a little recovery time and plenty of encouragement from his playful dog friends, he’s come out of his shell and learned how to just be a happy dog.

Kodiak isn’t a high‑energy zoomer — he’s more of a cuddly, soft‑hearted companion who loves hanging out with his people. That said, park time with his pack is one of his absolute favorite parts of the day.

He’s wonderfully well‑mannered, too! Kodiak relaxes comfortably in a kennel for solo time, and in three months he hasn’t chewed a single shoe or had any accidents. He’s also fantastic with humans of all ages, greeting everyone with a gentle nose rub and a wagging tail.
