Atari came into foster care with his mom, Jellybean, and seven littermates when he was just 4 days old. His mom is a smaller Pitty mix weighing about 40 lbs, and we expect Atari to grow into a medium-sized adult - perfect for couch cuddles and everyday adventures.

Atari is a sweet little guy who loves to explore and play, but don’t let that fool you - he’s also a total indoor enthusiast. Cold weather is not his thing, and once he’s outside for a quick potty break, he races back in to warm up and claim his spot on the couch. If given the choice, Atari will always choose cozy over chilly!

He’s doing amazing with crate training and sleeps soundly in his crate every night. Atari eats in his crate, goes in willingly when his foster is away, and is already showing off his smarts - he knows “sit,” understands “outside,” and has learned to bark at the door when he needs to go potty. He’s well on his way with house training and will continue to thrive with consistency and routine.

When playtime is over, Atari is happiest cuddled up with his people, soaking up warmth and affection. He’s a clever, affectionate pup who’s off to a great start and ready to keep learning in his forever home.
