Meet Lulu! Lulu is a sweet, relaxed, and playful dog with the most striking blue eyes. She absolutely loves being outdoors—walks are one of her favourite things! While she’s easygoing and enjoys playtime, especially with her foster sister in the yard, she prefers to stay calm and cozy when indoors.

Lulu can be quite shy around people, both adults and children. She's currently working on building trust with humans, and while progress is slow, she’s showing steady improvement. She finds comfort in having a “safe spot” in the house—her bed—which she retreats to when she needs a little quiet. With patience, consistency, and love, Lulu will open up to her new family.

Once she trusts someone, Lulu becomes affectionate and enjoys belly rubs and ear scratches. She is house-trained, though she may have an accident if she feels frightened. Lulu is also kennel-trained and handles car rides well.

She lives with two young human foster siblings, whom she enjoys sniffing and allowing to pet her. She has never shown any signs of aggression—no growling or snapping—toward people or other animals. She’s a gentle soul, especially when it comes to treats, and never takes food that’s left out.

At the dog park, Lulu likes to explore and sniff, but she always stays close and returns quickly when called. She’s working on learning to “sit” for treats inside the home (she’s already mastered it outdoors). On walks, Lulu is a dream—she walks on a loose leash most of the time, only pulling when something interesting catches her nose. In those moments, she may lay down to investigate before moving along.

Lulu is a gentle, loyal dog who just needs a little time and understanding to truly shine. With the right family, she’ll blossom into a loving and devoted companion.
