Chowchow is a delightful 12 year-old Cocker Spaniel who has nothing but love to give. Despite his age, he’s quite the busybody! Chowchow loves to follow your every move, making sure he’s doesn’t miss out on any fun. This boy will be waiting at the door the moment you’re ready to leave the house, eager to join you wherever you go.

Chowchow adores everyone he meets. He loves to be around people and will happily keep you company throughout the day. Chowchow also gets along well with other dogs, but is protective of his ball and food, which are his prized possessions! He does well around more mature children who understand his need for a quieter environment.

He enjoys leisurely walks around the block, taking in all the sights and smells. He's also a fan of short strolls, making him the perfect companion for those who appreciate a calm pace. And don't let his age fool you—Chowchow still has plenty of energy for playtime and will eagerly chase his ball with you.

Though his hearing may not be what it once was, it certainly doesn't slow him down or dampen his zest for life. Chowchow is house-trained, but as he's gotten older, his bladder isn't quite as strong as it used to be so he can't be left alone for too long without accidents. He would do best in a quiet, slow-paced home, especially where someone is home more often. He's a calm and easy-going companion who's ready to relax and enjoy his golden years by your side.
