Peanut

From the foster home:

Peanut is small in stature, but big in personality. She loves her toys, especially chew toys. She gets along with other dogs and will try and keep up with the big dogs. When she wants to nap, she likes to curl up with her people rather then sleep independently.

Taz

From the foster home:

Taz is a small terrier/Ewok mix. She’s a bit timid when meeting new people, but she warms up with a little time. She still engages in some normal mischievous puppy behavior, but she has all the makings of an excellent dog and companion. She takes her responsibility as a lap dog very seriously but is also happy to just relax nearby. She’s working on her manners and is doing well with house training.

She enjoys playing with humans, by herself and with other dogs and is very submissive. She’s really quiet but will make adorable grumbling noises when she wants to play. This is possibly the cutest noise you will ever hear.

Taz has briefly been around cats and children and has done well with them! She walks nicely on a leash and would probably do well off leash as well because she really likes to check in with her humans and stay nearby. Taz would probably also enjoy agility or another dog sport because she is very spry and a good jumper.

Ollie

From the foster home:

Are you looking for a sweet and gentle dog with all the cuteness of a puppy, the intelligence of a work dog, and the affection of a lap dog all in a manageable 15 lb package? If yes, Ollie is for you! Fully house trained with impeccable manners around the house.

Sweet Ollie is a year-old pomeranian-border collie mix, and brings the absolute best of both breeds. Ollie is sharp enough to pick up new commands with ease and loves playing fetch and tug, but just put this cuddly little guy in your lap and he'll fall right to sleep if you hit the right spot!

Ollie has a love for children and other small dogs and is looking for a family home where he can keep busy playing and watching his people work their magic! If you think you can give Ollie the home he needs, please apply today - but watch out! Once you meet him, he'll steal your heart.

Izzy

From the foster home:

Izzy is house and kennel trained, and walks well on leash. She loves attention and to play with her toys. Izzy is a strong minded girl, and she can be sassy, so requires a strong leader. Someone with knowledge of her breed would be ideal. She is very smart and knows sit, lay down, shake, stay and heel. She is good with calm cats and needs proper introduction to dogs, and once that is done she's great!

Ramone

From the foster home:

Sweet Ramone hasn’t had it easy in his search for his forever home. Since he was a puppy, he has had a limited vision in his left eye. As a result, we don’t know how his remaining eyesight has compensated and new experiences can be frightening for him. He uses his voice when he scared, but would never hurt a person; even a little person. He can be a dog selective and will need proper introductions to new dogs. He would be best suited to a one dog household or one with a calmer dog who understands Ramones limited eyesight. He is an extremely smart boy who has excellent manners in the house. He loves to play, cuddle, hold hands and he just wants to make his family happy and keep them safe.

Benny

From the foster home:

Benny is bubbly social and loves to play. Kennel trained, house trained, and working on his manners and basic training. His favourite things are bugging his foster sisters until they break and play with him, or stealing socks so his foster mum plays with him. He is still very puppyish and learning his boundaries and the rules of the house. But he’s so sweet and loving and very eager to please. Benny would be a great addition to any active family willing to teach and live him.

Ike

From the foster home:

Ike is feisty and is always wrestling with his brother. He is fond of the snow, running through it, eating it and looking for treasures. Ike thinks he is a big dog and we haven't told him any different so he runs the roost like he is the boss.

Harlow

From the foster home:

Harlow is a very fun and lovable guy. He is very easy going and is fine with whatever you want to do whether it’s going for a walk or snuggling on the couch. Fetch and tug of war are his favorite games to play!

He is great with dogs, cats and kids though he doesn't know his size so would be careful with smaller children. Harlow would make a great family dog. He also knows lots of tricks and hand signals.

Leela

From the foster home:

Leela is a sweet, playful, and cautious dog. Leela was one of our severe medical cases, she came in with her eye burned but was still caring for her puppies who have all been adopted, now it’s her turn! She doesn’t jump up on people or on furniture, and loves being anywhere you are, she loves to follow! Leela is loyal, and will always greet you with her tail wagging. We are working on her being more confident around other dogs, with proper introduction she is great with other dogs. She needs someone who is there for her and who is strong for her to show her that she can trust people and other dogs. Leela barely barks, and doesn’t show signs of aggression. She knows basic commands, is house trained, somewhat kennel trained but is a quick learner. She has not been tested around cats, but has been with two dogs similar in size at her foster home and gets along great and loves playing with them. Leela would best thrive in a home with similar dog as her, or with no pets. She is so easy to develop a bond with.
